Step 1: You've got your kit, here's what to do first

Straight into the fridge

All the ingredients in your kit are fresh and should be put straight into the fridge. This will keep them at their best, especially if you're not using them on the same day.

Use within 48 hours

Our pizza dough is no ordinary dough, and is made in an authentic Italian way. It comprises a mixture of two Italian flours, and is cold proofed in a fridge for 72 hours to develop flavour and texture. The dough is delivered to you in perfect condition to be used on the day of delivery, however, if you put it straight into the fridge it will be fine to use within 48 hours.

Let it rest at room temp for 5 hours

The dough needs to be rested at room temperature for 4 to 5 hours before stretching. This allows it to soften and makes it easier to stretch, so take it out the fridge and keep it as close to 20°C as possible.

Keep the dough in its container

If the dough is exposed to air it'll develop a hard skin and you don't want that, so don't remove it from the container until you're ready to stretch your pizza.
